All credit card information is transmitted via SSL encryption and is stored securely with the payment gateway service provider (Stripe) and subject to their privacy policies.

How long we retain your data and your rights with your data

Your anonymous aggregated metadata may be stored via Google Analytics for up to 36 months.

 

Your purchase data may be stored for up to the reasonable time(s) needed for legal, administrative and tax purposes, generally a maximum of 84 months.

 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All requests for refund or assistance should be emailed to info@bluepoolnetwork.com.  Approved refunds will be provided in GBP, unless prohibited, within 5 business days of request. Specific policies for type of product or service may be different and are detailed below.

 

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14 day “cooling off period” starting the day after you entered into the contract for the service.  This “cooling off period” applies if you have made the purchase either online or over the telephone.

Digital Downloads are delivered immediately to the email you provided at purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and technical service cannot be provided. However, if you have a problem downloading, entered an incorrect email, or did not receive a link, you may email info@bluepoolnetwork.com and every attempt will be made to provide you with the product within the first two weeks of purchase. You are responsible for backing up and maintaining your purchase for the future. Your downloads will not be replaced due to your loss of them, your computer failure or transition to a new device.

 

Membership subscriptions

 

When you cancel your subscription your card will not be charged again.  No refunds will be given for unused portions.

 

Online events

 

Each online event has specific refund policies that will be listed at the bottom of the event sales page and in your email confirmation. You are responsible for noting these policies prior to purchase. No refunds will be given for partial attendance of a class.
