When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your information is used to deliver emails specific to the Bluepool Network List as per the terms of that list. You may opt-out at any time. When you purchase a product, service, or event; the information you provide, including name, email, credit card details and any other information you give necessary for the purchase, is transferred via SSL encryption. No credit card information is stored on bluepoolnetwork.com. Your information is only used to deliver said product or service. All credit card information is transmitted via SSL encryption and is stored securely with the payment gateway service provider (Stripe) and subject to their privacy policies.

 

When and with whom your Personal Information is shared

 

Any third party providers utilised for product or service delivery are required to utilise and maintain secure SSL encryption. They are contractually bound not to sell or share your information to any outside parties. They are only able to use your information to deliver the product or service that Bluepool Network Limited has contracted them to provide. Bluepoolnetwork.com may have affiliate links in correspondence or on site. All affiliates may have their own privacy policies or may choose to use any information you directly provide to them in different ways than Bluepool Network Limited. Bluepool Network Limited is not responsible for any outside parties that you have chosen to give your information to, even if you chose to do that by clicking a link from bluepoolnetwork.com or following any correspondence from Bluepool Network Limited.

 

How long we retain your data and your rights with your data

Your anonymous aggregated metadata may be stored via Google Analytics for up to 36 months.

 

Your purchase data may be stored for up to the reasonable time(s) needed for legal, administrative and tax purposes, generally a maximum of 84 months.

 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. No credit card details are stored onsite.

These Store Policies cover all products and services you purchase directly from bluepoolnetwork.com or directly from Bluepool Network Limited at a live event. Events, products or services sponsored or delivered by a third party must be dealt with directly with the party and are subject to the policies of that third party.

 

All requests for refund or assistance should be emailed to info@bluepoolnetwork.com.  Approved refunds will be provided in GBP, unless prohibited, within 5 business days of request. Specific policies for type of product or service may be different and are detailed below.

 

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14 day “cooling off period” starting the day after you entered into the contract for the service.  This “cooling off period” applies if you have made the purchase either online or over the telephone.  

 

Products and Services include but are not limited to:

Digital Downloads are delivered immediately to the email you provided at purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and technical service cannot be provided. However, if you have a problem downloading, entered an incorrect email, or did not receive a link, you may email info@bluepoolnetwork.com and every attempt will be made to provide you with the product within the first two weeks of purchase. You are responsible for backing up and maintaining your purchase for the future. Your downloads will not be replaced due to your loss of them, your computer failure or transition to a new device.

 

Membership subscriptions

 

When you cancel your subscription your card will not be charged again.  No refunds will be given for unused portions.

 

Online events

 

Each online event has specific refund policies that will be listed at the bottom of the event sales page and in your email confirmation. You are responsible for noting these policies prior to purchase. No refunds will be given for partial attendance of a class.
